Update
Page 21! This one ended up heavier on the tones than I was expecting... Confused yet? That's the idea. Bwahahaha. Ahem. Anyway, the next update will occur early next Sunday since I will be heading out for field camp that afternoon. Wheee. Update for the 22nd will be sometime the 19th or 20th--Rone's taking over uploading it for me! So, you get page... and that's about it.
Finals week = blah. However, in the free time I set aside for not study time I got the rest of the chapter completely finished. As in they're all set and ready to go. Which is really good for you, because even when I'm totally swamped by field work, you get updates. This puts the end of the volume at May 29th. I'm shooting to have the printed version available sometime in June.
Yes, printed version! Chock full of about 160 pages of 6"x9" goodness. Pages of comic (which might end up a little different from the web version because of bleed issues), several exclusive illustrations that will only be available in the printed version... among other things. Only $10 + shipping. How's that sound? Tasty? I think so, too.
Vote incentive this week is Byakko, from Shishin. Still trying to figure out color scheme for her, but it's going to be very, very white...
In fanart news, Nicole decided to give me an updated version of her fanart. Yay for changing monitors.

Publishing--
I'm working on putting together the PDF of all the pages so that I can print it. I'll be publishing through Lulu. I'll put up a link to where you can get it on the main page when that gets done.
The process of formatting the pages is going pretty slowly for the first pages, since... well... back then, I didn't realize what I'd need to do to convert to a printed version. Bleed, for example. Text too close to the edge of the page....
Also, I'm missing one or two files... so I may need to go back and retone a few pages where I don't have the tones at full scale. Hopefully once I reach Chapter 3 things will go smoother...
