I reccomend the USPS Regular Media shipping option (much of the cheap) or USPS Priority (more expensive, but you get it faster). When I ordered the pre-print, I placed the order Thursday night and got it in the mail Monday morning.
=D So... will announce again next Monday, and add a permanent link to the website.
ALSO! If you want a signed copy, send me an email and I'll give you instructions on how to go about that...

Do you think the book may ever be sold in stores? As I would order it online buuut, I lack the means to do so.
Problem with that is that it costs a lot of money to buy an ISBN and get the global distribution services that Lulu offers. More than I can afford.
I understand that a lot of people don't have the means to order via credit card, so I'm willing to accept check or money order and I can order the book and ship it to you. More details on that on Monday.
