Guess what! Vote incentives are tasty.

Why did I insist on having this scene in a library? All I can say is that drawing those books sucked. Other than that, things went pretty okay on this page. For once, Kawaru gets several pages of scene to herself. What a thought.

Vote incentive this week is Akiko, my character from Legend of the Five Rings, a kick-ass roleplaying game. As a matter of fact, it's probably one of the few reasons pages are getting done on time... as I have a tendency to crank out pages while I'm RP'ing during downtime. That and movies. Gotta have background noise, and as a result, I now have 4 pages of backup pages in pencil. =D

Also, since TOMORROW is the beginning of August, I'd appreciate it if ya'll came back and voted for me on TWC. The more you vote, the higher my rank is, and the more likely people will come see my site. It makes me happy to have new readers. Every little vote helps.

A bit late, but not too bad. A fairly simple page, all things considered--though I do like how it turned out.

Vote incentive this week is the finished version of the main image for the website redesign. It's prettiful. Hope you enjoy it. A little more zoomed in than the actual image will be. A slightly different version of the image will be in the illustration gallery when I update the website again.

Speaking of--I have no idea when that'll be up. Haven't had much time to work on it, and though the main layout is done, transfering the layout to every page on my website is going to take a pretty long time. At least a full day's work that I just don't have. It'll be worth it--I like the redesign a LOT more than the design I have now.

In case you didn't see last week, SkyFall Volume 1 is now available in print. I'm super excited. I haven't sold many copies yet, though...

Vote incentive this week is a sneek peek at my newest project: site redesign! These are the inks (with underlaid sketch) for the main image that will be at the top of each page. It's gonna be awesome.

Hm... think that's about it for this week. Lots of heat, lots of work... still no money. *sadness*

I reccomend the USPS Regular Media shipping option (much of the cheap) or USPS Priority (more expensive, but you get it faster). When I ordered the pre-print, I placed the order Thursday night and got it in the mail Monday morning.

Whee, on time. I'm back from Albuquerque in one piece, and now I am done with traveling, hopefully for some time.

Page this week was pretty easy... I didn't think Hana could do smexy.

Got the STUFF section updated with the new wallpaper. I may change it when I do color adjustments for the printed version.

Um... no incentive this week cuz it's late and I'm lazy.

Printed version is coming along. I've got 40 revisions to make on the inside of the book (joy) and color adjustments to the cover. I want to give you guys a quality product, so... patience. It'll be out soon. My life is much of the busy.

*yawn* So yeah. Hoping to get some stuff done this week... we'll see how much actually gets done.

About time, huh.

Better late than never I suppose. Anyway, gonna make this short since I have to be up at 6am tomorrow. Third week in a row of car trips.

Got my first copy of the printed version. Still a LOT of stuff to clean up. Lots of cropping issues (I stuck too much stuff too close to the binding) and one issue of me accidentally leaving out two pages...

Other than that, the quality is surprisingly awesome. I'm talkin' this is the kind of stuff you'd see in a store. I'm quite impressed with the print quality--it's a TON better than the website version. I'm pleased.

Um. Yeah. No incentive this week. *shrug* Go look at the cover again and gaze at its beauty.

OK, so Tuesday night really means Wednesday night. Got the first page in inks (working on toning) and the second page about halfway through pencils. It's getting there, but now I have to go to work...

OK, so... problem with FTP fixed. Thank goodness... gosh that scared me. So, even if I had a page yesterday, I wouldn't've been able to upload it without a lot of hassle...

Update will take place sometime tomorrow night. The wedding was awesome. Mmmhmmm.
