So... yeah. This one took me longer than I was expecting thanks to having all of last Sunday CONSUMED by homework. But I know you all know how that goes. My degree comes first, afterall.

However, since there will not be an update next Monday (New Orleans trip, remember?), I'm updating early on Thursday with the next page. It's fairly simple, as in there aren't many panels... but I want to do a good job with the next page.... hopefully homework load won't be too bad this week. This page was kind of difficult for me in the second frame... I'm still settling into anatomy and showing muscle structures... so... meh. Also tough without a model, and I'm stubborn about erasing stuff that I like about a picture even if it doesn't quite fit... >.> I am, however, happy with the shading on the third panel... though I might go back and fix the gradient a bit.

Lesse... went to see Fearless this weekend. GO SEE IT OMG. It was good.

Vote incentive this week is from Shishin again. Kind of spoilerish (she has a face, I swear--was more interested in getting the costume right), but she shows up right around page 9 or 10.

I really enjoyed drawing this page. Muwahahaha... I knew they were in kahoots! *shrug* Well, of course I knew, but that's what you should be saying. Ehrm. Anyway. Not to mention that this page actually has a background that took me longer than five minutes.

Advance warning: There will not be an update for October 2nd. I will be in New Orleans for that week...

Not much else to report other than I want to have more time to do the things I want to do... Like work on this manga and watch more House. Alas, such is life. Although, I did have time to do an oekaki drawing. That thing doesn't get the attention it needs anymore. Poor thing.

Hm, I'm seeing a trend. I've been really busy the last few weekends, especially Sunday nights when I would usually do the page. Excuses, excuses, I know. But at least you get a page this week--and it's still Monday in my time zone!

Vote incentive this week is a sketch I did recently of Suzaku, bird-style. I really do enjoy drawing birds.

Too tired to really post much of anything else at the moment. Been feeling a little under the weather to top everything off. Bleeehhhh.
